📸 Return Requirements

To process your request, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process
The condition of the product received
Any visible damage or incorrect item

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange.

1. Store Credit

✔ Receive store credit equal to the value of the approved returned product.

✔ Store credit can be used for future purchases on The Time Haven.

2. Product Exchange

✔ Exchange your item for another product available on our website.

✔ If the new product costs more, you'll need to pay the price difference.

✔ If the new product costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.

Store Credit is a digital balance added to your account after your return is approved. It can be redeemed during future purchases on The Time Haven.

An exchange allows you to replace your current product with another product available on our website. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
