• Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or hold any order for verification if suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete information is detected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver products across India through trusted courier partners.

• Orders are generally processed within 12–24 hours after confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Returns are accepted only if you receive the wrong or a damaged product.

• A valid unboxing video is required for all return or exchange requests.

• Products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.

5. Warranty

• All watches include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, water damage, battery replacement, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

• Sunglasses do not include a warranty unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
